“You Are NOT Invited to Control My Uterus” Digital Collage | Photoshop | Created for a Graphic Design Class at Lincoln Land Community College
This piece was born out of frustration, with the system, with the way women are spoken to, and with the people in power who believe they can legislate our bodies. The imagery is intentionally sharp and confrontational, pulling from symbols that critique both immigration enforcement and the political culture surrounding it. The “cheese” motif is a deliberate jab, a way of calling out the behavior and rhetoric of certain leaders through satire rather than subtlety. This work doesn’t whisper. It pushes back. It’s emotional, unapologetic, and rooted in the belief that women deserve autonomy without interference, excuses, or redacted truths. It’s a refusal to be quiet, a refusal to be controlled, and a reminder that our bodies are not up for debate.
